It started in 2022 from our founder, Glodi Wabelua’s personal need to find peace and realise how much working out can help with mental well-being. But we don't stop at the gym - we mentor young people and those facing tough times, like in care homes, schools, and prisons, with our 6-week program. GloFitness UK offers everything from personal training and fitness classes to life coaching, educational workshops, and support for overcoming challenges.
